Providing insightful research designs to suit complex business issues, she often uncovers and solves issues that may not have been initially anticipated. It’s this intelligently proactive mentality that has led Kathleen to successes like heading a marketing overhaul for a Fortune 500 company that revitalized a dormant brand to its prior status as a leading/relevant brand in its category.

Being a seasoned researcher and a considerate leader, Kathleen doesn’t just provide for clients, she partners with them. She has seamlessly advanced a leading US personal care brand into Global markets by navigating all levels of her client staff through the insights of different cultures and their needs with respect to the sensitive category dynamics. Defining her role as an extension of the client team at all levels, she is living proof that supportive business relationship can only lead to success.

With the three men in her life in school – her 2 young sons and husband (who teaches 5th grade), Kathleen is extremely involved in her community and school district. Especially when it comes to setting the direction for the future of Education.
